The share capital is €38,000,000, divided into 6,741,216 ordinary shares (ISIN IT0005416281).

The Ordinary Shares of Industrie Chimiche Forestali S.p.A. were admitted for trading on the Multilateral Trading Facility AIM Italia (now Euronext Growth Milan), organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., with Notification of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. dated 30 July 2020. The 3 of August 2020 is the start date for trading.

Exceeding the threshold of 5% and reaching or exceeding the thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50%, 66.6% and 90% constitute a ‘Substantial Change’ which the Significant Shareholders must report to Industrie Chimiche Forestali S.p.A.
